Kayl had such a fun vision for her senior session, and I was so excited to bring it to life! With her love for vintage fashion, we made sure to incorporate that timeless, nostalgic feel throughout her photos. We kicked things off at the Maple Lake Airport, where one of Kayl’s family members owns a plane—how cool is that?! Using it as a prop made for such a unique touch, and we captured a variety of looks that fit her vintage aesthetic perfectly. From there, we headed to downtown Buffalo for a few classic senior portraits, mixing in building textures and timeless backdrops. To wrap up the session, we made our way to Kayl’s home, where the Minnesota country gravel roads gave us the dreamiest golden-hour glow. She even brought out her vintage-style bike, which fit the theme perfectly! And, of course, we attempted to get her cats in a few shots, but they weren’t exactly fans of the camera—classic cat behavior! Kayl’s session was such a fun mix of personal touches, creative styling, and gorgeous locations. I loved how her personality and unique style shined through in every shot!
